Our Team

Ash Gupta

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Ash is always the brains behind the operation. Previously, he negotiated utility-scale transmission agreements with clients while leading derivative energy trading initiatives at Alphataraxia, a quantitative investment management group that focuses on energy market investments. He also served as a Co-Founder and CTO at Healthfinch, an internationally recognized clinical AI workflow optimization technology (acquired by Health Catalyst (NASDAQ:HCAT)), where he oversaw the deployment of applications within enterprise healthcare data centres. Ash is a Bloomberg 25 under 25 honoree.

Dave Misra

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Dave is a natural entrepreneur. He has built three profitable companies, advised eight, and took one to Y Combinator Startup School. Previously, Dave worked in venture capital, managing a portfolio of over $50m across a spectrum of AI startups. Trained by former CEOs of prominent data center firms, Dave has executed billions of dollars worth of contracts and leases with investment-grade AI and cloud computing companies.

Paul Leong

Chief Financial Officer

Paul has 20 years of investment banking experience focused on real estate, capital raising and M&A.  He worked for 7 years at the Blackstone Group followed by Macquarie and most recently BFIN, the investment banking division of Brookfield Asset Management. Paul has worked across all real estate asset classes most notably the multifamily and lodging sectors. His transaction experience ranges from advising on billion dollar M&A transactions to raising capital for small to mid-size real estate operators.

TJ KARKLINS

Senior Advisor

TJ Karklins is a seasoned Data Center & Cloud Infrastructure executive with expertise in M&A, operations, and digital growth. As Managing Partner at CI Partners LLC, he brings decades of C-suite experience (CEO, CFO, CRO). He has led roles at zColo (Zayo), Clearview International, and Ntirety. A Wharton Fellow with an MBA from the University of Denver, TJ combines strategic vision and execution to drive value in digital infrastructure investments.
