George Rogers, Managing Director
George is currently a Managing Director at Galaxy Capital Partners. He has over 20 years of real estate asset management, financing, and strategy execution experience. In addition to serving GCP, George also serves as a Senior Advisor to StepStone Group, a global asset manager with over $40B in AUM, where he recently assisted StepStone in acquiring a Swiss data center platform valued in excess of $450M. Before joining GCP & StepStone, George was formerly the VP at Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR). As portfolio manager for the Western U.S., George was responsible for all P&L, Fortune 500 tenant relationships, and asset management across a portfolio of 44 data centers spanning approximately 6MM sqft of space valued at over $7B.
Ash Gupta, Managing Partner
Ash is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Galaxy Capital Partners. Previously, he developed trading & data infrastructure systems while leading derivative energy trading initiatives at Alphataraxia, a quantitative investment management group that focuses on data-driven investments in energy markets. He also served as a Co-Founder and CTO at Healthfinch, a clinical AI workflow optimization technology recognized in health systems worldwide (acquired by Health Catalyst (NASDAQ:HCAT)). Ash is a Bloomberg 25 under 25 honoree.
Dave Misra, Managing Partner
Dave built three profitable companies, advised eight more, and took one to Y Combinator Startup School. Dave has a vested interest in businesses spanning across industry lines—from machine learning, car sharing, private equity, and everything in between. No matter the space, his role remains the same throughout: Design a profitable business architecture, and find the quickest path toward sustainable growth.
Trevin Vaugn, Venture Partner
Trevin began his career in the oil & gas industry, working at both upstream and midstream companies. His experience includes marketing, operations, finance, accounting, and IT. Trevin draws from this diverse background to provide a comprehensive project perspective. His strategic approach and extensive network facilitate excellent deal flow combined with creative deal structures.
JOHN CORDISCO, MANAGING DIRECTOR
John is an expert in analyzing data center developments and projects. John previously served as the primary operational leader for a startup developing data center assets and has been a project engineer and construction manager within the nuclear power industry.
BOWDOIN PFEIFER, SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Bow has over 20 years’ experience building data centers throughout the world for some of the largest global data center operators. Served as Director of Construction for West Region, and Asia Pacific Region for Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR). He was also Construction Manager for Equinix Data Centers.
